The Pre Sales Executive should be efficient in taking care of the inbound sales calls and inbound sales chat and responsible for helping sales team to achieve their sales target and should be instrumental in acquiring new business for Zuan’s services and products. The Pre sales Consultant focus should be on engaging with new leads, potential leads to convert into Clients.
- Prepare responses to Requests for Information
- Follow-up campaigns to generate new prospect leads, identifying and qualifying opportunities for new business
- Work in tandem with Sales Personnel
- Responsible fixing meetings for Sales personnel and tailoring communications to potential clients as part of the pre-sales process
- Responsible for working on CRM from Presales standpoint
- Able to communicate technical and business information to widely varied audiences
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and be able to represent multiple subjects and products
- Ability to develop marketing messages.
